About Rebel Rebel Wines
Founded in 2020 by winemaker Kayleigh Hattingh, Rebel Rebel Wines is a boutique, female-led project based in the Bottelary Hills of Stellenbosch. The winery focuses on minimal-intervention, site-specific wines that express the pure terroir of the region. Kayleigh, a first-generation winemaker with international experience, works with dry-farmed old vines to produce authentic, unfiltered wines, including Syrah, Old Vine Colombard, and Méthode Ancestrale pét-nats. The project embodies a rebellious spirit that challenges conventions while deeply respecting the craft and the land.
