Poderi Colla

ポデーリ・コッラ

Mastering the essence of Langhe through iconic Roncaglie terroir.

Poderi Colla is a celebrated Piedmontese estate founded in 1994 in San Rocco Seno d'Elvio, Alba, by legendary winemaker Beppe Colla together with his brother Tino, daughter Federica, and later Tino's son Pietro. Beppe Colla had previously steered the historic Prunotto winery to international acclaim after acquiring it in 1956, and was among the pioneers who championed single-vineyard (cru) labeling in Piedmont in the 1960s. When he sold Prunotto in 1990, he retained his most prized parcels — Roncaglie in Barbaresco and Bussia in Barolo — which became the founding vineyards of Poderi Colla. Today the estate owns the majority of the Roncaglie cru, producing Barbaresco of exceptional elegance, structure, and longevity, alongside Barolo Bussia, Barbera, Dolcetto, and Alta Langa sparkling wines that reflect the authentic character of the Langhe.
