Podere Allocco is a small, family-run estate near Capezzana in Carmignano, Tuscany. Founded in 1992 when Emilio Mannelli acquired the property from the Lastraioli family (owners since the mid-1800s), the estate now spans about 3 hectares and produces roughly 20,000 bottles a year. Since Emilio's passing in 2020, his children Alessandro and Camilla have carried on the estate with the same commitment to sustainable viticulture and respect for the Carmignano territory. Podere Allocco is a registered member of the Consorzio di Tutela dei Vini di Carmignano, the appellation's protection consortium founded in 1716. Their range includes Carmignano DOCG and Riserva, Barco Reale di Carmignano DOC, a Bacano white blend (Chardonnay/Sauvignon Blanc), rosato, and Vin Santo, alongside extra virgin olive oil.
