About Pierre Mignon

Pierre Mignon is a family-run Champagne house based in Le Breuil, in the Marne Valley, with a family tradition dating back to 1892 and the founder Octave Mignon. Today siblings Jean-Charles Mignon (technical director) and Céline Mignon (international promotion) run the house. Cuvées aim for elegance, finesse and freshness, with no filtering or fining, and reserve wines kept in a solera system. The estate holds HVE level 3 (2019) and organic vineyard certification (2024), and has a boutique in Épernay.
