About Pertois-Moriset

Pertois-Moriset is an independent, family-run grower Champagne house (récoltant-manipulant) based in Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, a Grand Cru village of the Côte des Blancs. It was founded in 1951 when Yves Pertois and Janine Moriset joined their families' vineyards, and is run today by their granddaughter Cécile and her husband Vincent. The estate farms about 20.7 hectares, more than half of it on the Côte des Blancs, with the rest in the Coteaux Sézannais. It makes Chardonnay-led cuvées from single villages and lieux-dits, usually blocking malolactic fermentation to keep tension and purity. The house rejoined the Club Trésors de Champagne in 2015 and makes the Special Club cuvée.
