About Person

Person is a family-run grower-producer (Récoltant-Manipulant) in Champagne, led by Dominique Person, the fourth generation of a family of vignerons from Vertus on the Côte des Blancs. Dominique began vinifying at the estate in 1999. The estate lists vines in premier and grand cru sites of the Côte des Blancs and Aÿ, farmed with biodynamic practices, and its cuvée L'Audacieuse is a Blanc de Blancs that appears on restaurant wine lists. The range also includes an oak-aged 100% Chardonnay cuvée, Fût de Chêne.
