Pascal Marest (marketed as Champagne Marest) is a family-run Récoltant Manipulant based at 23 bis rue d'Épernay in Grauves, a Premier Cru village in the Côte des Blancs, producing Champagne since 1988. The family farms vines in Grauves, Oiry (Grand Cru), Mancy and Vinay and handles the whole process on site, from pressing and vinification to tirage, ageing, disgorgement and sale. The range is made from Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Meunier and includes Tradition Brut and Demi-sec, Blanc de Blancs, Rosé, Prestige and a Ratafia Champenois.
