About Pascal Manchin
Pascal Manchin is a family-run Champagne estate based at 1 rue de Pragnon in Les Riceys, in the Aube at the southern tip of the Champagne vineyards (Côte des Bar). Frédéric Manchin inherited the estate from his father Pascal. The vines lie on south- and south-east-facing clay-limestone slopes within Les Riceys, one of the few villages entitled to three appellations: Champagne, Coteaux Champenois and Rosé des Riceys. The estate farms with sustainable viticulture and holds HVE level 3 certification. Its best-known wine is Obenoir, a Pinot Noir blanc de noirs, alongside Rosé des Riceys.
