About Pascal Doquet

Pascal Doquet is a Champagne grower based in Vertus, in the southern Côte des Blancs. He established his own estate label in 2004, with parcels in Vertus, Mont Aimé and the Grand Cru village of Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, plus vines in the Coteaux Vitryats. The vineyards are predominantly Chardonnay and have been certified organic since 2010. Winemaking relies on indigenous yeasts, with Blanc de Blancs cuvées such as Champs Libres, Arpège, Diapason and Coeur de Terroir.
