Champagne Pascal Benoist is a family estate in Les Riceys, in the Côte des Bar of the Aube. Pascal Benoist and his wife Roselyne established the estate in 1981 and began selling under their own label in 1991. Their sons Guillaume and Nicolas joined after viticulture studies in 2004. The estate works under the Champagne, Rosé des Riceys and Coteaux Champenois appellations with Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, farms following reasoned viticulture, and holds HVE (Haute Valeur Environnementale) and sustainable-viticulture certifications. Its range includes Brut Tradition, Brut Rosé, Brut Réserve, Blanc de Blancs, Carte Noire, Millésime, Prestige and L'Impétueuse.
