Paolo Manzone

パオロ・マンゾーネ

Power and precision from Serralunga's Meriame cru.

Paolo Manzone (Azienda Agricola Paolo Manzone) is a family-run winery in the heart of Serralunga d'Alba, established in 1999 when Gian Paolo Manzone and his wife, oenologist Luisella Corino, began vinifying grapes from their historic Meriame cru vineyard. After years as a respected wine consultant, Paolo built an estate that now spans roughly 15 hectares across Serralunga, Sinio, and Roddino. Inspired by Burgundy, the estate ages its Barolo in a mix of French oak tonneaux and traditional large botti, producing wines that are fairly modern in style while remaining true to the powerful, structured, and long-lived character of the Meriame cru. The Barolo Riserva has twice earned Gambero Rosso's top Tre Bicchieri rating, and the estate is a member of The Green Experience, committed to sustainable, low-intervention viticulture.
