Biodynamic Les Riceys grower: Rosé des Riceys, Coteaux Champenois and Champagne by parcel
About Olivier Horiot
Olivier Horiot is a grower-producer based at 25 rue de Bise in Les Riceys, in the Aube (Côte des Bar). Les Riceys is the only village in Champagne with three appellations: Champagne, Coteaux Champenois and Rosé des Riceys. Olivier took over his father Serge's estate in 1999 and works biodynamically, vinifying by lieu-dit. Pinot Noir dominates his vineyards, alongside the seven varieties permitted in the area, including Arbane and Petit Meslier. His range covers single-vineyard Rosé des Riceys such as En Valingrain and En Barmont, still Coteaux Champenois reds and whites, and Champagnes such as Métisse and Sève.
