A dry rosé made from 100% Zweigelt grapes grown at Ohasama Sato Vineyard in Hanamaki City, Iwate Prefecture, on a south-facing slope of the Kitakami Mountains basin at latitude 39°N. Fermented with natural yeast and bottled unfiltered and unfined, it shows crisp, tight acidity beneath a hint of honey aroma over fresh fruit, finishing clean and dry. Serve chilled around 6-10°C.
A honest, precisely made rosé from Iwate's Osako valley — its taut acidity and gentle honeyed lift make it a standout among small-production Japanese rosés.
