Terroir & Winemaking
Grapes are harvested from vineyards at 350-500 meters altitude. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks with long maceration on the skins. The wine is aged for 24 months in French oak barriques and Slavonian oak barrels, followed by at least 24 months of bottle aging before release.
