About Mas Coutelou
Mas Coutelou is a family domaine in Puimisson, in the Hérault north of Béziers, run by Jean-François "Jeff" Coutelou. The estate has been farmed organically since 1987. Fermentations are spontaneous with native yeasts, the wines are unfiltered, and sulfur is kept to a minimum. Most wines are sold as Vin de France, with cuvées such as La Buvette à Paulette, Touch of Class, Sauvé de la Citerne and Couleurs Réunies, which draws on rare local varieties.
