A GI Yamanashi-certified Koshu white wine from Manns Wine's Katsunuma Winery, blended from carefully selected high-quality Koshu grapes grown across multiple plots in Yamanashi Prefecture, each vinified separately and assembled to express the character of the region. Clear and translucent in color, it shows aromas of yuzu and sudachi citrus, rich fruit character, crisp acidity, and a pleasant savory finish. A dry-style white that pairs well with citrus-accented dishes and dashi-based Japanese fare such as oden.
