About Le Mesnil
Le Mesnil is the Champagne brand of the Union des Propriétaires Récoltants (UPR), a growers' cooperative founded in 1937 in Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, a Grand Cru village of the Côte des Blancs. Based at 19 rue Charpentier-Laurain, the cooperative vinifies grapes from its member growers' vineyards in the village, and its range is built on Chardonnay from this chalk terroir. The lineup includes Brut, Extra-Brut and Demi-Sec, the Sublime rosé, vintage cuvées and the Héritage, a blend of seven vintages created in homage to the seven presidents who have led the cooperative.
