ラエルト・フレール

Family grower-style Champagne from Chavot, with all seven varieties

About Laherte Frères

Laherte Frères is a family Champagne estate based in Chavot-Courcourt on the Coteaux Sud d'Épernay, founded in 1889 by Jean-Baptiste Laherte. Aurélien Laherte, the seventh generation, has led the domaine since 2005. Registered as a négociant-manipulant (NM) although the wines are estate-grown, it farms parcels across the Coteaux Sud d'Épernay, Côte des Blancs and Vallée de la Marne and works with all seven permitted Champagne varieties, including the rare Arbane, Petit Meslier and Fromenteau. Around 80% of the wines are fermented and aged in oak barrels and foudres, with parcel-by-parcel vinification. The flagship Les 7 blends all seven varieties.
