About Lagache
Champagne Lagache is a family-run grower estate (récoltant-manipulant) founded in 1959 by Gilbert and Monique Lagache in Pierry, a Premier Cru village on the outskirts of Épernay. The vines are spread over 10 different sites, including Chouilly, Épernay, Pierry and Chavot, and the wines are aged in stone cellars dating from the end of the 17th century. The estate is now run by the family's next generation, with Charlotte Lagache (Pinvin) as manager since 2019. Its core Brut blends 35% Chardonnay, 25% Pinot Meunier and 40% Pinot Noir, with 30% reserve wine from previous harvests.
