Gunjo is a limited-production Koshu from Kinjyo Budoshu, bottled as part of the Katsunuma Wineries Club's shared special-bottle project. Made from 100% Koshu grapes grown in Katsunuma, it is pressed using only free-run juice (no mechanical pressing), giving it a refined, acid-driven dry character. The wine is certified under the GI Yamanashi geographical indication.
A rare chance to taste Kinjyo Budoshu's free-run-juice-only Koshu in a limited club bottling — cleaner and more mineral-driven than their standard dry Koshu.
