Les Riceys is the only commune in Champagne with three appellations: Champagne, Coteaux Champenois and Rosé des Riceys. The estate grows Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay on clay-limestone soils, and also makes Rosé des Riceys, a rare still rosé from Pinot Noir. The estate is run by Joffrey Josselin.
