The estate, registered as an EARL, is run by Joël Defrance with his sons Aurélien and Alexis, who have worked alongside him since 2005. It farms about 8 hectares and is HVE certified. Besides Champagne, the house makes Rosé des Riceys, the still pink Pinot Noir wine of the village, and works with Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and the rarer Pinot Gris, Pinot Blanc and Arbane.
