Family grower Champagne from the far west of the Marne Valley
About Jacques Sonnette
Jacques Sonnette is a family-run récoltant-manipulant Champagne house based in Charly-sur-Marne, in the westernmost part of the Vallée de la Marne. The family has farmed vines for three generations and has bottled under its own label since 1976. Its roughly 8 hectares are planted mainly to Pinot Meunier, with Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, and all winemaking is done in-house from estate-grown grapes. The estate has held HVE certification since 2021 and is led today by Mélanie Sonnette.
