Christophe Defrance, his wife Marie-Dominique and their daughter Anne-Sophie run it. Besides Champagne, the estate makes the rare still rosé Rosé des Riceys, the village's own appellation. The estate holds HVE and Terra Vitis certification, and no longer uses herbicides or insecticides.
