About Huguenot-Tassin

Huguenot-Tassin is a family-run, independent grower-producer (récoltant-manipulant) champagne house in Celles-sur-Ource, in the Aube département on the Côte des Bar in southern Champagne. The house was founded in 1984 by Benoît and Marie-Claire Huguenot; their son Édouard Huguenot joined in 2008 after studying in Beaune and working in South Africa and Australia. Its champagnes are made from Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and the rare Pinot Blanc, and the range includes Signature, Les Fioles and Cuvée Noire Spéciale. The estate avoids herbicides and holds HVE and Terra Vitis certifications.
