Franck Pascal is a family-run grower Champagne estate (récoltant-manipulant) based in Baslieux-sous-Châtillon in the Vallée de la Marne. Franck and his wife Isabelle farm about 7 hectares across Baslieux-sous-Châtillon and neighbouring villages, planted mostly to Pinot Meunier (about 55%), with Pinot Noir (about 27%) and Chardonnay (about 18%). The estate farms biodynamically and holds Biodyvin certification (2005), making it one of the early biodynamic pioneers of Champagne.
