Champagne Etienne Fourrier is a family-run Champagne estate at 45 rue de Bar-sur-Aube in Baroville, in the Côte des Bar (Bar-sur-Aubois) of the Aube, southern Champagne. Etienne Fourrier started his own label in 1977 with his wife Mercedes, and the estate is now run by their son Sébastien. It farms about 8 hectares of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay and makes five cuvées, from 100% Pinot Noir and 100% Chardonnay to blends and a rosé, including Cuvée Noir Absolu and Cuvée Affinité. The estate offers cellar tastings and has a reception hall in the vineyards.
