About Domaine Stéphanie Olmeta

Domaine Stéphanie Olmeta is a small organic estate in Patrimonio, northern Corsica, with its cellar and tasting room at Lustincone on the edge of the village. In 2004 Stéphanie Olmeta and Jean Laurent Savelli took over vines planted by her grandparents. It makes Patrimonio white, rosé and red together with Muscat du Cap Corse, working by hand on clay-limestone soils with minimal intervention.
