Domaine Stéphane Rousset is a family-run estate of about 11 hectares in Érôme, in the northern part of the Crozes-Hermitage appellation in the Northern Rhône. It makes AOP Crozes-Hermitage (red and white), AOP Saint-Joseph red and an IGP Syrah red, from vineyards on granite slopes behind the Hermitage hill, including Gervans and Érôme. Harvesting is by hand, and the estate holds HVE (Haute Valeur Environnementale) level 3 certification.
