Stéphane Sérol took over from his father Robert in 1996 and now runs it with Carine Sérol, farming organically and biodynamically. The key grape is Gamay Saint-Romain, the old local selection of Gamay, and the wines are AOC Côte Roannaise reds alongside whites such as Viognier and Chenin under IGP Urfé, rosés and sparkling wines.
