Domaine Paul Buecher is a family-run winery in Wettolsheim, one of the most important wine villages in Alsace, France. The Buecher family has cultivated vines in the area since the 17th century, and the estate itself was founded in 1952 by Paul and Josephine Buecher, starting with just 5 hectares. Now run by fourth-generation winemaker Jerome Buecher, the domaine has grown to more than 30 hectares across around fifty parcels, including the Grand Cru vineyards of Hengst, Brand, and Sommerberg. The estate has been certified organic since 2012, with manual harvesting carried out over roughly five weeks to allow grapes to be picked at optimal ripeness. The range spans classic Alsace varietals — Riesling, Pinot Gris, Gewurztraminer, Pinot Blanc, and Pinot Noir — crafted with an emphasis on purity, precision, and a clear expression of each site's terroir.
