Domaine Jousset, also known as Domaine Lise et Bertrand Jousset, was created in 2004 by Lise and Bertrand Jousset at 36 rue des Bouvineries in Montlouis-sur-Loire. The couple farm organically with biodynamic practices, mainly Chenin Blanc with some Chardonnay, Gamay and Grolleau, in the Montlouis-sur-Loire and Touraine appellations. The range includes Premier Rendez-vous, the demi-sec Trait d'Union and the sparkling Bubulle, and the wines are sold through natural wine retailers.
