Domaine Jean Teiller is a family estate in Menetou-Salon in the Cher, with 18 hectares across Menetou-Salon, Parassy, Aubinges and Vignoux-sous-les-Aix: 11 hectares of Sauvignon Blanc for the white and 7 hectares of Pinot Noir for the rosé and red. The vines grow on Kimmeridgian clay and limestone soils. Léon Millet founded the estate in the 1950s, and it passed through his daughter Denise and her husband Jean Teiller to their son Jean-Jacques, who joined in 1986, and then to his daughter Patricia and her husband Olivier, who joined in 2003. The estate has been certified organic since 2017.
