Laputa Rosé is Domaine Hide's half-bottle (375ml) rosé made from 100% Muscat Bailey A grown at 'Shimono Ryobatake', a vineyard at roughly 350m elevation in Iino, Minami-Alps City, Yamanashi. The 2020 vintage was fermented with wild yeast and aged in stainless steel with no oak, preserving the grape's natural pink hue and bright fruit character. The nose recalls cotton candy from an old-fashioned night-market stall, layered with raspberry and gentle yeasty notes, while the palate carries a mineral-driven, softly bittersweet finish typical of the winery's low-intervention style.

Sommelier's Note

A miniature showcase of Domaine Hide's philosophy — wild-yeast fermentation and stainless-steel ageing let Muscat Bailey A's candy-like aroma and mineral bitterness speak for themselves, in a rare and easily finished half-bottle format.
