Domaine Guillaume Chanudet is a small family estate in Fleurie (lieu-dit Le Prion), Beaujolais, founded in 1920. Since 2014 it has been led by Guillaume Chanudet, the fifth generation of the family. The roughly 5-hectare vineyard is planted mainly to Gamay; grapes are hand-harvested and vinified traditionally. Alongside its Fleurie bottlings, the estate farms a small parcel in the Moulin-à-Vent cru, from which it produces the structured cuvée 'Les Petits Bois'. Total production is limited to around 10,000 bottles a year.
