Domaine Geschickt
ドメーヌ・ゲシクト
Biodynamic, horse-plowed Alsace estate crafting unfiltered, no-sulfur terroir wines.
Domaine Geschickt is a family estate in Ammerschwihr, Alsace, founded by Jérôme Geschickt and Bernadette Meyer in the 1950s. Today it is run by Frédéric Geschickt together with his grandson Arnaud Geschickt and Arnaud's partner Aurélie Fayolle. The domaine has farmed biodynamically since 1998 and holds Demeter certification, working roughly 12-13 hectares of clay, limestone, and granite soils across Ammerschwihr, including plots in the Kaefferkopf and Wineck-Schlossberg Grand Crus. The family plows with two draft horses, Iris and Rouge, and practices agroforestry alongside the vines. Since 2014, all cuvées have been vinified without added sulfur and without filtration, aiming for wines that express the raw identity of each terroir.
