Domaine Flacher is a family estate based in Charnas, in the Ardèche on the right bank of the Rhône, in the northern Rhône Valley. The family has farmed vines since 1806; Gilles Flacher took the estate over in 1991 and grew it to about 8 hectares of hillside vineyards across the Saint-Joseph and Condrieu appellations. The estate makes red Saint-Joseph from Syrah, white Saint-Joseph from Marsanne and Roussanne, and Condrieu from Viognier, with cuvées including Les Reines, Terra Louis, Loess and Les Rouelles. It is operated by EARL Flacher and is currently active.
