Domaine du Mazel is a family estate in Valvignères, in the south of the Ardèche, run by the siblings Gérald and Jocelyne Oustric through the GAEC du Mazel. They took over the vineyard they inherited from their father in 1983. The domaine covers 22 hectares, all farmed organically and certified by Ecocert since 2002. The wines are made as natural wines with indigenous yeasts and no added sulfites.
