Domaine du Colombier is a family estate in Mercurol, next to Tain-l'Hermitage in the northern Rhône, led by Florent Viale. Florent Viale has bottled his own wines since 1991, and the estate appears in the Hachette wine guide, which has given it several Coups de Coeur.
