About Domaine des Tilleuls
Domaine des Tilleuls (EARL des Tilleuls) is a 21-hectare estate based at La Ribaudy in Chavanay, in the Loire département at the northern end of the Rhône Valley. It grows Syrah, Roussanne, Marsanne, Viognier and Clairette on land in the Saint-Joseph and Condrieu appellations, harvesting entirely by hand. The EARL took its current form on 1 January 2014 when the Badiou family estate (Gilbert and Didier) and the Guillot estate (Patrick) merged; the first bottling dates back to 1988. The range includes Condrieu, Saint-Joseph blanc, Saint-Joseph rouge, Saint-Joseph Hélios, Saint-Joseph Vieilles Vignes and Vins de France.
