The Gontier family started a vine nursery here in 1960, and the third generation, sisters Nancy and Alexandra Gontier, now run it. The wines are AOP Ventoux and IGP Méditerranée, and the estate also produces olive oil and dried pulses such as lentils and chickpeas. All its products are certified organic, with conversion starting in 2011. It offers tastings, an auberge and guest rooms.
