Domaine de Coulorgues is a small estate based in Saint-Just-et-Vacquières, in the Gard, run by Frédéric Kchouk. A former sommelier at a starred Paris restaurant, he bought his first vineyard parcel in 2012 and then took over the Mont Bouquet vineyard at Seynes: 6 hectares on limestone scree at 280 metres altitude. The wines are labelled IGP Cévennes, and are sold directly with tastings by appointment.
