Domaine Arnaud Lambert is a Saumur estate based at Mollay in Saint-Just-sur-Dive, built on the Domaine de Saint-Just that Yves Lambert started in 1996. His son Arnaud Lambert, an oenologist, took the estate organic and, in 2017, combined it with vineyards he works at Brézé under a 25-year lease that began in 2009. It farms more than 40 hectares organically in Saumur-Champigny and Saumur and makes still wines from Chenin Blanc and Cabernet Franc, as well as Crémant de Loire.
