Domaine Allimant-Laugner

ドメーヌ・アリマン・ローネル

11-generation estate famed for elegant, traditional-method Crémant d'Alsace

Located in Orschwiller at the foot of the Château du Haut-Kœnigsbourg, Domaine Allimant-Laugner is a family estate whose winegrowing roots trace back to 1724, with the current property established in 1816. Today the 11-generation domaine is run by Hubert Laugner (at the helm since 1984) together with his son Nicolas, who joined in 2013. The family farms 12 hectares across more than 40 parcels, including holdings in the Grand Cru Praelatenberg, and has been certified organic since 2023. While the estate produces the full range of Alsace varietals — Riesling, Gewurztraminer, Pinot Gris and more — it is especially celebrated for its traditional-method Crémant d'Alsace: a Brut blend of Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris and Riesling, and a 100% Pinot Noir Rosé, both aged around 11 months on lees for fine bubbles and freshness.
