Domaine Aimé Stentz is a fifth-generation family estate in Wettolsheim, at the heart of Alsace, with roots tracing back to 1919 when Jacob Stentz first cultivated vines in the village. The estate as it exists today was founded in 1960 by Aimé and Angèle Stentz, who began bottling and selling their own wine rather than selling grapes in bulk. Now run by Marc Stentz and his mother Jocelyne, following the death of Étienne Stentz in 2019, the domaine farms 14 hectares spread across 7 communes and 60 parcels, certified organic by Ecocert (FR-BIO-01) since 2010. The range spans the classic Alsace varieties — Riesling, Gewurztraminer, Pinot Gris, Pinot Blanc, Muscat, Sylvaner, and Pinot Noir — plus Crémant d'Alsace, with standout bottlings from the Hengst and Steingrubler Grand Crus.
