About Delamotte
Founded in 1760 in Reims by François Delamotte, Delamotte is one of the oldest Champagne houses. In 1927 Marie-Louise de Nonancourt moved it to Le Mesnil-sur-Oger in the Côte des Blancs, and in 1988 it joined the Laurent-Perrier group alongside its neighbour and sister house Salon. Since 1997 both houses have been run by Didier Depond. Delamotte is Chardonnay-focused, best known for its Blanc de Blancs, and also makes Brut, Rosé and vintage cuvées.
