About Dehours
Dehours & Fils is a family récoltant-manipulant estate based in Cerseuil, on the left bank of the Marne in the Vallée de la Marne, west of Épernay. Founded in 1930 by Ludovic Dehours and run today by Jérôme Dehours, it farms roughly 14 hectares in about 42 parcels around Mareuil-le-Port, Œuilly, Cerseuil and Troissy, on clay and sandy soils over limestone. Meunier is the central variety. The principal cuvée, Grande Réserve, is built on a perpetual-reserve solera started in 1998, and the estate also bottles single-parcel (lieu-dit) cuvées such as Maisoncelle and Les Vignes de Mizy.
