About Collet

Collet is the champagne brand of COGEVI (Coopérative Générale des Vignerons), the growers' cooperative founded in 1921 in Aÿ, a Grand Cru village in the Vallée de la Marne. The cooperative arose after the 1911 Champagne growers' revolt, with the aim of protecting small growers' independence and craft. The house is based in Aÿ and draws on around 170 distinct terroirs across Champagne. Its range includes Art Déco Brut, Blanc de Blancs, Blanc de Noirs, Rosé Brut, Millésime and Aÿ Grand Cru.
