Petit Joie is a Bordeaux-style blend made entirely from grapes grown in Katsunuma, Koshu City — Merlot, Petit Verdot, and Cabernet Sauvignon, each vinified separately and aged in oak barrels before blending. The 2022 vintage shows ripe dark-fruit character balanced by smooth, well-integrated tannins, resulting in an elegant, medium-bodied red with real depth. Bottled at 750ml and 12% ABV, it draws its name from the Belle Foret Katsunuma Winery's 'Trois Joie' (three joys) philosophy of winemaking.
