Since 1875, it has been managed by the Raymond family, currently led by oenologist Yves Raymond. The estate is classified as a Cru Bourgeois Supérieur and is known for its unique approach to blending, favoring a higher proportion of Merlot and Cabernet Franc compared to the traditional Médoc style. This results in wines that are supple, elegant, and approachable in their youth, while maintaining excellent aging potential. The vineyards, situated on clay-limestone soils, are managed with a focus on quality and tradition.
